Located in the historic and tranquil village of Newland

.The Coach House is well located and equipped for active or relaxing holidays all year round.

The Accommodation is accessed via a conservatory suitable for storing coats, muddy boots

and dogs. There is also bike storage and outside washing facilities for cleaning bikes and dogs!

 

 

Inside there are two reception rooms. The upper lounge offers a seating area with flat screen smart screen television and ipod speakers, plus a dining area with seating for eight. There is also a book case with a selection of local books and maps.

 

 

The fully equipped modern kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, separate laundry room are both accessed from the upper lounge. Some power points have USB facilities.  The comfortable lower lounge contains an open fire and a further seating plus another smart flat screen television.

 

 

Sleeping accommodation is provided by 3 large bedrooms. Each room is individually furnished to the highest standards - 2 bedrooms are upstairs and one is accessed from the ground floor. Each room is large enough to comfortably take a cot if required. The bedrooms consist of one twin, one double and one with the option of being either a twin or a double.

 

 

There are two bathrooms – one on the ground floor with w.c., hand-basin and shower and a second on the first floor with w.c., hand-basin, double-ended bath plus a large separate shower.

 

 

All rooms are centrally heated and there is free HIgh Speed wi-fi internet access.  A Charging Post is installed at The Coach House for the use of guests arriving with an electrically-motored vehicle. This will require the user to load the “Clenergy EV” app onto a smartphone. If you are interested in using this facility we can forward full operating details by e-mail in advance of your arrival.

 

 

THE WHOLE PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING OR VAPING and No Candles. Outside there is a secluded seating area with BBQ and mature garden plus off road parking for one car and bike storage. Further free on road parking available.
