Located in the historic and tranquil village of Newland

• The prices shown are for one-week rental periods for the cottage (not per person) commencing on a Friday but do NOT include any extras which you will need to arrange separately. For stays of one week or more, you will find a small welcome pack on your arrival consisting of a pint of milk, a starter supply of tea and coffee and home made cakes. For an extra charge of £50.00 a Breakfast Pack can be provided for 6 persons.
• The price of your stay includes Electricity, Heating, Wi Fi, Bed Linen (changed weekly if your stay is for more than one week), Towels (one bath and one hand each) and Tea Towels. In winter the first basket of logs is also provided.
• Short Breaks are possible where shown on the calendar below. We can offer either 3 or 4 night breaks ,
