I have long had an interest in cooking and love to share this with others when I am around in Newland.  I am a vegetarian but none of my family are and so have lots of taste testers when preparing meals.  I try to use local suppliers in and around Coleford

and Monmouth.  Within our family we have individuals who are both gluten and dairy free and some of the choices on the menu can be adapted to accommodate these requirements.
